For a new market, the CBD market’s growth into a multibillion-dollar industry is extraordinary. One major reason is the synergies CBD has with other sectors, both expected and unexpected.

Marianna Naturals has a licensing agreement and full rights to the Beauty Kitchen brand and following a capital raise will acquire the brand outright. The Company has 120 different product SKU’s including lotions, creams, moisturizers, serums, eye gels, hand sanitizers, and facial masks. Additionally, more than 20 of the Company’s products are infused with CBD, and all other products were also designed with the capability of infusing CBD into them.

The Company also has an exceptionally strong path-to-market courtesy of expert guidance from CEO and Co-Founder Joel Hernandez-DeBellefeuille, a noted entrepreneur and public company consultant. The roadmap includes the already-completed acquisition of the beauty division of Hong Kong-based VitaCell International Co. Ltd., which adds over US $400,000 in annual revenues, the engagement of power influencers for a targeted rollout in Canada, and the hiring of PLC Health Solutions for filing products with Health Canada.

With Marianna Naturals already well through its expansion timeline, the Company is also looking at the future developments on the horizon. In addition to working on securing Canada-wide retail distribution and a manufacturing partnership with a fully licensed cannabis facility, the Company has ongoing discussions with former NBA All-Star players on the potential development of a CBD muscle gel for professional athletes, and other top celebrities and influencers could be engaged for private label collaborations in the future.
