Our review team really enjoyed Healist Naturals Calm Chews for their potent stress relieving, calming effects.

With such fierce competition in the CBD market, companies need to find a way to stand out from the pack, and Healist Naturals does just that with their CBD calm chews. These chews are meant to promote tranquility, and they did not disappoint.

Our reviewer tried Healist Naturals Calm Chews during a very stressful period. He took two chews over the course of about 45 minutes. About 15 or so minutes after taking the second chew, he consciously noticed that the stress he was feeling was gone. In fact, he felt calm and relaxed.

Of course, every person and situation is different, so start with just one chew especially if you’re newer to CBD. These chews are a little stronger, so you don’t need to eat a pile to get a potent dose.

Sharing Healist Naturals with our friends

After experiencing so much relief from Healist Naturals Calm Chews, we wanted to share them with others to see how they felt. Everybody who tried them gave us similar feedback: they felt more relaxed after trying them.

This calming effect is due to Healist Naturals unique combination of ingredients. In addition to the 20mg of broad spectrum CBD per serving, these calm chews also contain Ashwagandha; a plant known for it’s stress relieving properties, L-Theanine; an amino acid known to promote relaxation, and a blend of terpenes known for their calming properties.

Overall, we enjoyed both the taste and texture. The chew was sweet, with a slightly slippery texture. There’s a hint of citrus flavor mixed with the berry in a way that reminds us of fruit punch, along with a mild earthy taste from the hemp. The texture was chewy and dissolved very quickly. There is a mild medicinal or “hempy” aftertaste, which is commonplace with broad spectrum CBD edibles.
