At long last, Detroit announces recreational marijuana ordinance — and it will include consumption lounges

After a year of postponing licensing of adult-use recreational marijuana sales in Detroit, City Council announced on Monday an ordinance detailing how the city will move forward.

A lot of people have been waiting for this, and there’s a lot to unload in this announcement.
