Fibromyalgia (FM) is a chronic pain syndrome characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain and fatigue.

Commenting on the study’s findings, NORML Deputy Director Paul Armentano said: “The demonstration of safety and efficacy in this gold-standard model is significant.
