A mother offered her toddler a joint reportedly containing cannabis in a shocking video that has sparked a police investigation in Brazil.
Footage that went viral on social media prompted the Civil Police of the Brazilian state of Amazonas to launch an investigation to identify the woman and children.
Local media reported the woman told two children to smoke marijuana while a man also encouraged them.
In the video, the woman puffs on the joint before handing it over to her young toddler wearing a baseball cap, saying: ‘Family’s weed’.
